Stop Building Solutions Before Finding Problems!
This short explains why building a solution before identifying a real problem often fails and encourages creators to begin with validated needs.
Video summary
The speakers warn against building an impressive solution and only afterwards trying to find a customer problem for it. They say this pattern is common wherever technically talented people become excited by what they can make.

This is a great idea, we can do this, but do I really have a customer problem? Do you see that a lot?
Absolutely. There are some really talented people. You see it obviously in Silicon Valley the most, but it's going to happen anywhere, where someone builds something really cool. And they they basically have a solution and then they go search for a problem. And it's just so often isn't a problem that people really wrestle with.
