AI Transformation : Why Your Business Needs Experts
AI adoption is an organisational transformation rather than a tool installed on the side. This short explains why experienced guidance matters during that change.
Video summary
Pete Cooper explains why he believes AI adoption is an organisational transformation rather than a tool a company installs at the edge of its work. He says CEOs and business owners often lack time to learn every part of a fast-moving field.
His case for expert guidance rests on change-management skills and the many technical and operational pieces involved in an AI programme. The video is a service-oriented perspective: it argues that experienced support can help coordinate the change. It does not claim that every business needs the same level of external help.
